Share The Warmth means sharing love by providing warm clothes to underprivileged. To give an underprivileged person a pair of clothes is as good as dressing him with self-respect. Apart from clothes, there are other basic amenities of life such as blankets which are essential for survival. There are many reasons why indulging in winter aid distribution is in-deed a great deed.
Every year The Om Foundation distributes warm clothes like sweaters, jackets, Sox, caps, woolens to underprivileged children to protect them from harsh winters. Their parents are daily wagers who earn daily for their living. They do not have enough to spend on new winter clothing for young children.
Chairperson of the trust Suryaputry Rashmi Malhotra says it is very important to protect children from cold winds because it effects their health. They might get hold of diseases like cold , fever, diarrhea etc. which in turn effects their body and brain power to retain knowledge. Therefore providing hot milk , hot food and warm clothes to children is complusary for the foundation.
